General House Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
• Please treat the property, furniture, appliances, and furnishings with care.

Quiet Hours

• Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
• Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
• If you expect visitors during your stay, kindly inform us in advance.

Security & Safety

• Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Switch off lights, air conditioner, and electrical appliances when not in use.
• Outdoor security cameras are installed for the safety of guests and the property. Please do not tamper with or obstruct them.

Before Check-out

Please help us by:

• Turning off all lights, fans, air conditioner, and electrical appliances.
• Locking all doors and windows.
• Placing used towels in the laundry basket.
• Washing used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Disposing of food waste and other garbage in the designated bins.
• Leaving the apartment clean and tidy.

Housekeeping

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every check-in.

For extended stays:

• Weekly replacement of bed linen and towels is available upon request.
• Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra charge.
• A washing machine is available on the balcony for your convenience.

Waste Disposal

Please help us keep the property clean by separating waste.

• Food waste and biodegradable items: Green Bin.
• Plastic, metal, and other non-biodegradable waste: Blue Bin.
• Use the bedroom waste bin for diapers and sanitary products.
• Please do not flush diapers, sanitary pads, wipes, or other non-flushable items down the toilet.

Kitchen & Appliances

The kitchen is equipped with:

• Refrigerator
• Induction cooker
• Air fryer

An LPG gas stove is available on request. Please clean all utensils and appliances after use and return them to their designated places.

Hot Water

The apartment has one bathroom equipped with a geyser.

For hot water:

• Switch on the geyser.
• Turn the controller to the red marking.
• Wait approximately 15-20 seconds before use.
• Switch off the geyser after use to conserve energy.

Air Conditioning

For the best cooling performance and energy efficiency:

• Set the temperature between 24°C and 25°C.
• Avoid setting the temperature below 22°C.
• Keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
• Turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.

Power Backup

The Upper Crest Homestay is equipped with a solar power backup system.

During power outages, backup power is available for approximately 3-4 hours and supports:

• Essential lighting
• Ceiling fans
• One air conditioner

Wi-Fi

Parking

• Free parking is available inside the property.
• Please park only in the designated parking area.
• Ensure the entrance and neighbouring properties are not blocked.

Outdoor Area

Guests are welcome to enjoy the balcony and outdoor spaces.

Please:

• Keep the area clean.
• Avoid damaging plants, furniture, or other property.

Maintenance

If you notice any maintenance issue or accidentally damage anything during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
